Encouraged by the positive feedback we received after last year’s inaugural round of training sessions, in 2010 KITAB will again offer programmes designed to foster prosperous business development among publishers in the Arab World and beyond.

This fall, KITAB — together with New York University (NYU) –is pleased to present a four-day series of seminars by experienced executives in the international publishing industry. Speakers are drawn from the faculty of the NYU-SCPS Center for Publishing, one of the most prestigious publishing institutions worldwide, and all lecturers are leading executives in major global publishing companies and at the forefront of new developments in their fields.

This series of lectures and workshops is designed for professionals who are in a position to introduce new ideas and set the course for progress within their companies.
