Join us for a tasty bite in 2012 and let experts show you how to prepare culinary delights.

With cooking shows and chefs specialising in international as well as Arab cuisine, the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair offers more than just a good read. Almost every hour there is a different Chef on stage of the Show Kitchen demonstrating colourful recipes. There are sure to be some tasty treats for everyone. Directly following the session, the Chef will hold a book signing.

The Show Kitchen is a place that brings together food lovers, chefs and cookbook publishers from many different countries and encourages cultural exchange – a great starting point for understanding and collaboration. Launched in 2011 – don’t miss the Cook Book Collective stand with an opportunity to buy rights.
